3.2. Include the order number and a detailed explanation of the item you want to exchange and the item you would like in return.

4. Exchange Process

4.1. Return the Original Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
4.2. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions.
4.3. Exchanging the Item: If the exchange request is approved, we will ship the new item to you.

  • In the case of product price differences, you may be required to pay the difference or receive store credit.

5. Shipping Fees for Exchanges
