Cancellation Policy for ECO ESSENTIALS

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the cancellation process as simple as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:


1. Cancellation Eligibility

1.1. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
1.2. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

2.1. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
2.2. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your request.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

3.1. If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Before Shipping: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • After Processing but Before Shipping: A refund may be issued, excluding any processing or restocking fees.
    3.2. Refunds typically take  5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

4.1. Orders that have already been shipped.
4.2. Custom or personalized products.
4.3. Sale or clearance items.


5. Changes to Orders

5.1. If you wish to modify an order instead of canceling, please contact us within the same 24hours as above.
5.2. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are not guaranteed once the order is processed.
